- 3/4 Red onion, diced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 Red bell pepper, diced
- 200 g Fresh tomatoes, diced
- 400 g Cooked black beans, with stock
- 200 ml Veggie stock, as needed (if not using the bean stock)
- 10 g Dark chocolate
