- 100 g Unsweetened Greek-style soya yoghurt
- 30 g Plant based mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Pickled gherkin, finely diced
- 2 tsp Gherkin brine
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Sweet smoked paprika
- 200 g Tempeh, grated on the large holes of a box grater
- 230 g Cooked black beans, rinsed and drained if canned
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1 1/2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sweet smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilli powder, optional
- 6 Mini tortilla wraps

🌾 For a GF option, use certified gluten-free tamari in place of the soy sauce, and check your tortillas are gluten-free.
🫙 Storage: The filling and dressing keep in separate airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Best assembled fresh.
❄️ Freezer: The tempeh and bean filling freezes well for up to 2 months. Defrost overnight in the fridge and re-press before spreading onto tortillas.
