- 1 tsp Chilli flakes, optional
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano, plus extra to serve
- 1 tbsp Baby capers, heaped
- 15-20 Black olives, pitted (Gaeta variety preferred)
- 400 g Butter beans, drained and rinsed if canned
- 500 ml Tomato passata
- 1 handful Fresh basil, plus extra to serve

- 140 ml Unsweetened soya milk
- 10 g Cornflour
- 40 ml Unflavoured coconut oil, melted
- 1 1/2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp White miso paste
- 1 tsp Garlic granules
- 1 tsp Onion granules
- — Seeded sourdough slices

💡 Gaeta olives are a traditional southern Italian variety with a mild, buttery flavour, worth seeking out if you can find them. Any good-quality pitted black olives work well here.
